LIFELife – Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket through this app, you agree to the following:
Ticket Validity
Your ticket is valid only for the specific event, date, and entry time window stated at the time of purchase. Tickets scanned outside the permitted entry window will be denied entry.
Non-Transferable / Resale
Tickets may not be resold above face value.
No Refunds
All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if an event is cancelled or postponed by the organizer, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
Age Restrictions
If the event has a minimum age requirement, you confirm you meet this requirement and agree to present valid ID at the door if requested. Entry will be refused without valid ID.
Photography & Filming Consent
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded at the event, and that this content may be used by Life for promotional purposes, including but not limited to posts on Instagram and other social media channels, without additional compensation or notice.
Right of Admission
Life reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates venue rules, event policies, or applicable law, without refund.
Liability
Life is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event, except where caused by our negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes & Cancellations
Event details (time, venue, lineup) may change. We will notify ticket holders of material changes where possible.
